Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery Overview

The Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) is an undergraduate program that prepares students for a career in medicine. It typically lasts for 5.5 years, including a 1-year internship, where students gain hands-on experience in hospitals and clinics. Admission to the MBBS program is strictly conducted through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) for Undergraduate Students. Based on their NEET rank, students are offered colleges. The result of the National Common Entrance Test will be announced on June 4, 2024.
