Candidates interested in pursuing BTech at Suresh Gyan Vihar University can follow the steps below to complete the admission process:

Step 1: Application Form Filling

The first step in the process is filling out the application form. Candidates must provide their personal details and select their desired program. After submission, a system-generated email will be sent to the candidate, containing their unique student ID (SID), a 6-digit password, and other important instructions.

Step 2: Application Fee Payment

Once the application form is completed, candidates need to pay the application fee of INR 850. The payment can be made in the following ways:

• Online Payment: Candidates can use a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
• Offline Payment: Candidates can pay via a Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Suresh Gyan Vihar University, payable at Jaipur, or a Challan (which can be generated online) that can be deposited at any Axis Bank branch. Alternatively, candidates can also pay the fee in cash at the university’s Finance Department.

Step 3: Choosing Center and Slot for SGVUEE

A link will be sent to the candidate to select the exam center, city, and date & time slot for the SGVUEE 2025 entrance exam.

Step 4: Appear in SGVUEE 2025 Exam

Candidates must appear for the entrance test as per the chosen date and time. The ranks obtained in the exam will determine eligibility for the SGVUEE 2025 counseling process.

Step 5: SGVUEE 2025 Counselling

Selected candidates will be notified via SMS or email about the counseling date. At the time of counseling, candidates must bring original documents, a recent passport-size photograph, and a Demand Draft (DD) of ₹15,000 drawn in favor of "Suresh Gyan Vihar University," payable at Jaipur.

Step 6: Submission of Documents and Fee Payment

In the final step, candidates will need to submit all required documents and pay the remaining fee at the university on the designated date.
