Bachelor of Dental Surgery Syllabus

The Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) is a five-year undergraduate program, including a one-year internship, that focuses on the study and practice of dental sciences. It equips students with the knowledge and skills required to diagnose, prevent, and treat oral health issues. The course covers oral anatomy, dental materials, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and other specialized areas of dentistry.

Students gain hands-on training in clinical settings, enabling them to apply their knowledge to treat patients effectively. Graduates can pursue careers as dentists, dental surgeons, or advance their education through specialized postgraduate programs.
