DY Patil Vidyapeeth Scholarship
Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth offers various scholarships to support meritorious and deserving students. 1. DPU Merit Scholarship for Undergraduate Students:

- For Medical and Dental programs: Top 25% of students in the first-year examination.
- For other undergraduate programs (e.g., Physiotherapy, Nursing, Ayurved, Homoeopathy, Optometry, Biotechnology, Science and Technology, Management, Allied Health Sciences, Design, and Liberal Arts): Top 30% of students in the first-year examination.
- Students should not be availing themselves of any other scholarship scheme.
- Scholarship Amount: Varies by program. For example, Medical and Dental students receive ₹4,000 per annum, while other programs may receive ₹3,000 per annum.
2. Dr. P. D. Patil Merit Scholarship for B. Tech. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science:
- Objective: To support meritorious students pursuing the B. Tech. AI and Data Science program.
- Eligibility:
- First-year students must have secured 90% and above in 12th Standard (HSC) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and 85% and above in the All India B. Tech. AI Entrance Test (AIBTAIET) or 85 percentile or more in JEE.
- For subsequent years, students must maintain a minimum of 80% with no backlogs.
- Scholarship Amount: 50% of annual course fees for eligible students.
3. Scholarships for Reserved Category Students:
- Objective: To provide financial support to students from reserved categories.
- Eligibility:
- SC, ST, VJ/DT (NT(A)), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), and SBC category candidates are eligible for a 100% tuition fee waiver.
- OBC category candidates are eligible for a 50% tuition fee waiver.
- Open category candidates can avail a 50% tuition fee waiver through the EBC Scheme.
